This project involves the complete renovation of a Capitol Hill house that has been damaged by a fire on the first floor. YW completely renovated the place in 2011-2012, replacing all interior structural elements, the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. We redesigned the interior to include two master suites, open living area, and kitchen with breakfast area. The buyer of this house has seen the value of the house continuously appreciating since the settlement in 2012.
