Built in 1903, this historic townhouse had been left uncared for in the past several decades. All the delayed maintenance, combined with the lack of bathrooms (there was only one small bath in the entire house) and a real kitchen led YW believe only a complete renovation will realize the full potential of this once gorgeous house.

YW started the renovation in early 2011. With all new framing, mechanical, electrical and plumbing system, we made sure that the future buyer will enjoy their home without the hassle that usually comes with a 110-year old structure. With 2.5 new baths and a new, open kitchen, the house becomes much more functional and easier to entertain. The added luxury feature, such as cherry flooring, crystal chandler, quartzite counter top will make the home living a pure enjoyment.
